Messy Paperwork
My husband and I both work from home now for our jobs plus we have 2 rental properties plus Chris does a lot of contract programming work plus we have ventured into eBay selling from time to time. All of this creates an absolute mess with regards to organization. Taxes and tax documents come to mind first then there are all the receipts that we need to keep for each of the rental property. I am embarrassed to say that all of the receipts and tax info for the year is sitting in a basket in my kitchen. I desperately need to get organized.
Dymo LabelWriter is the coolest little gadget to help you organize your files, cabinets, boxes - whatever. My sister has one and uses it to label all of the Rubbermaid shoeboxes full of medicines, band-aids, etc. for her family. She has 4 kids so staying organized is essential.
Since Chris and I both work from home we have to mail a lot of things so having the ability to buy online stamps is awesome. Postage requirements seem to constantly change so it’s nice to not have to go out to the Post Office everyday. Printing labels and postage at home is by far a huge time-saver for us.
