Finding “The” Look
I finally got the strength to take a shower and do my make up. I have spent the last few days moping (is that how you spell it - I’ve never been completely sure) about my family drama.
I was doing my make up and just getting more and more frustrated. You know when you can’t get ‘the’ look. The look that looks like you have makeup on yet not full-blown, date night look.
I want a trademark make up look yet I can’t seem to find it. My sister recently told me that brown toned lipsticks make you look older. She read it in some magazine. I have been using brown lipsticks for the past 10 years but now they drag me down.
Sometimes I want to do minimal makeup and have strong lips only and not have to bother with eye make up, etc. It’s easier that way but I can’t find the right lipstick color in order to do this. Ugh this is just getting harder and harder the older I get!
