Bid4Prizes: A Spin On Auctions

I came across a cool site called Bid4Prizes.com which has is based on a "reverse auction". Sometimes it drives me nuts that I don’t think of ideas like this! I usually don’t have luck with lottery tickets or casinos in Atlantic City but I am still drawn to them. The whole idea behind the game is you that you have to be the lowest unique bidder in order to win one of the free gifts, sweepstakes or cash prizes. There is a video on Bid4Prizes.com that explains how to play in detail.

So I signed up and put a bid on a plasma TV, Sony Home Theater (I really want this one!), Bose iPod Sound Dock + Ipod and an Alienware Area51 7500 (I’m not sure what that is but it looked really cool). It is very easy to play and very user friendly. There are new winners everyday.

There is also an arcade section if you are a gaming person but I’m really hoping to win the Sony Home Theater. My cheap husband won’t buy us one for the living room and it would be so nice to have a sound system on the first floor. His office is equiped with all the latest high tech gadgets you can get your hands on but downstairs is barren - ugh.
